+Don’t worry — this guide will help you fix it quickly.

+First,  exit Outlook  and open Task Manager .  
+Look for any Outlook processes  and end them .  
+
+Next,  open Outlook with safe mode enabled by pressing `Windows Key + R`, then typing `outlook.exe /safe` and hitting Enter.  
+
+If it works in safe mode,  turn off all add-ins  by going to:  
+`File → Options → Add-ins → COM Add-ins → Go` and  disable  suspicious entries.  
+
